Shoulder Dislocation is a common ER presentation. Fortunately because of the 'ball and plate' nature of the shoulder joint, reduction is usually not complicated. Which is why there are a variety of methods employed for shoulder reduction. As outlined in the Power Point below, it is wise to be familiar with a few of the techniques.
