Vancouver E-Transfer Payday is a referral and information service, not a direct lender. We connect borrowers in Vancouver, British Columbia with licensed payday loan providers who offer online applications, rapid funding via Interac e-Transfer, and flexible credit policies. We do not originate, fund, or service loans ourselves. Our role is to match you with lenders who may meet your needs.

Eligibility and Use

By using this website, you confirm that:

• You are at least 18 years old and a resident of British Columbia.
• You will use our service only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable federal and provincial laws, including the Payday Loans Act and regulations governing consumer lending in British Columbia.
• You will not use our site for fraud, misrepresentation, or any illegal activity.
• Any information you provide during the referral process is accurate, complete, and truthful.

Referral Process and No Guarantee of Approval

When you submit an application through our referral form, we forward your information to one or more of our partner lenders. We welcome all credit situations, and our partners are willing to consider borrowers with varied credit histories. However, no lender can guarantee approval. Final lending decisions rest entirely with the lender, based on their underwriting criteria, your creditworthiness, income verification, and other factors.

Approval timelines vary by lender. While many approvals and e-Transfer disbursements occur within one business day, some applications may take longer or be declined. We make no representation about speed or likelihood of approval.

Fees and Costs

Vancouver E-Transfer Payday does not charge you a fee for referral services. However, the lenders you are referred to will charge interest, fees, and other costs as permitted under British Columbia law. Before accepting any loan offer, carefully review the lender's disclosure documents, including the cost of borrowing, interest rate, payment schedule, and any applicable fees. You are responsible for understanding the full cost of any loan you accept.

Responsible Borrowing

Privacy and Data Protection

Your personal and financial information is collected, used, and protected in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We take your privacy seriously and comply with British Columbia's Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA) and federal privacy laws. By submitting an application, you consent to the collection and sharing of your information with our partner lenders for the purpose of processing your referral and loan application.

Lender Terms and Loan Agreements

Once you are referred to a lender, your relationship is governed by that lender's terms and conditions and the loan agreement you sign. Vancouver E-Transfer Payday is not a party to your loan contract. We are not responsible for the lender's conduct, the terms they offer, their customer service, or any dispute that arises between you and the lender. If you have questions about your loan, contact the lender directly.

Limitation of Liability

Vancouver E-Transfer Payday provides information and referral services on an "as-is" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We are not liable for:
